The SOS alarm is a simple to use device which connects to mobile network and has a SIM card from any service provider using Telstra 3G&4G Telstra mobile network
With built-in GPS tracking the device calls up to 5 of your emergency contacts, you can even set ‘000’ as a contact. The device will also simultaneously send an SMS to all 5 emergency contacts showing the wearers location on Google Maps (accurate to within 10 metres).
When one of the emergency contacts answers, the wearer is then able to talk hands-free through the device. You can even call the mobile number of the device, it will ring and vibrate and then answer in speakerphone mode.

Personal GPS SOS Trackers carry 12 months warranty GPS Trackers do require charging and programming so please check that you have fully charged the unit and have followed the instructions before contacting us. If we find the product not be faulty it will be returned to you and the postage and handling charge for shipping the item back to you will be reapplied. The warranty does not apply to physical damage and general wear and tear.
Caresafe Alarms will not accept any unauthorised returns, customers must contact us in writing and will be issued a return authority number which must be clearly written on the packaging when returning any goods to us. Please note that Caresafe Alarms will not accept or be held responsible for any item sent to us without a Return Authority number clearly printed on the envelope / packaging.
